Tim and his wife wanted a landscape that was lower maintenance, so they could leave for extended periods of time and not have to worry about watering or mowing the lawn. The new landscape can go for weeks at a time without water and NEVER needs mowing! As an added benefit, they have more wildlife, tons of birds and lizards, as well as squirrels and rabbits. The bees really love the lavender and other flowers. A swale was included to direct rainwater and decomposed granite pathways included to a sitting rear and vegetable garden.
